LOSS

Toronto has been strong at home (winner of seven in a row) but inconsistent against the spread (4-3 ATS). Three of those seven wins were by 16 points or more, the others were by six or less. But the Raptors 7-1 ATS in the second game of back-to-backs, and the first one they got rolled at Boston, so there may be a little extra fuel to their fire. That's bad news for the Suns, have lost eight of 10, with the defeats by an average of 13.5 ppg.

LOSS

The Kings beat the Hornets by seven points less than a week ago as five-point favorites. Now the rematch in Charlotte, but the eight-point line swing is way too much. Sacramento's road record of 9-11 is respectable, and Charlotte isn't the same without Cody Zeller altering shots and spreading defenses. Kemba Walker went for 31 points in the last outing and the Kings still won and covered.

LOSS

The Knicks are a total disaster, having lost 17 of 19, all but four of which were double-digit defeats. Now they travel to London without Enes Kanter, who would have given New York the only possible matchup to exploit. Washington is motivated and playing well -- the Wizards should roll on an international stage.
